Sales Specialist
Fleetwood Northern Ireland
PURPOSE:
This role is based at our HSL headquarters in Belfast our main headquarters of Fleetwood Healthcare, Kilpedder, Wicklow. This role is responsible for Endoscopy sales across Northern Ireland.

Sales Director – Michelle Casey
Core Deliverables / Focus of the role:
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships in hospitals.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues/concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market development and competitor activity.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Degree in business, marketing, nursing or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and territory management.
- Experience in selling endoscopy consumables is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary range is between £60k-£65k
